Beat license

Last updated: October 2026.

Every beat is sold only once. When you buy a beat it is yours alone: the moment your payment goes through it is marked SOLD and nobody can buy it after you. Sold beats stay on the site, shown as SOLD, so people can still hear the preview, but they can no longer be bought or downloaded.

The beat is yours. When you buy a beat, you own it. Use it however you like: in your own songs, on streaming services, YouTube and social media, live shows, or anything else. You get the clean (untagged) files from your download page.

What I keep. After you buy, the beat is displayed on this site as SOLD only, as a preview, so people can see my work. I do not sell it again or give it to anyone else.

The free tagged version. Every beat has a free tagged download. You may use it in your own songs and videos, including monetized ones, as long as the Lambzart tag stays in the audio and you credit “Prod. Lambzart”. The free version is not exclusive and is not ownership: the beat can still be sold to someone who then owns it. Once a beat is sold its free download closes and no new releases should start with it; songs already released under the free license can stay up.

Your license when you buy. Every purchase comes with its own license document with your name, the date, the price and the order numbers. You get it on your download page and can print it or save it as a PDF.

Two people, one beat. If two people pay for the same beat at the same moment, the first payment keeps the beat and the other payment is refunded in full automatically.

Credit is required. Every song you release with this beat must credit the producer as “Prod. Lambzart” in the song title or description.

Your files. After you pay you get a download page on this site. The link is private to you; please keep it safe. Each purchase can be downloaded a limited number of times, so save the files somewhere safe when you get them.

Refunds. Because the files are delivered straight away and the beat is taken off sale, sales are final. If something is wrong with a file, write to jayelambert6@proton.me or use the chat bubble and I will make it right.
